Privacy Notice

Last updated August 9, 2026. This notice describes the website’s form, measurement and email-permission practices.

Who operates this website

FreetimePros is an Oklahoma trade name used by Jonathan Henthorn, who operates this website and the FreetimePros business. The public-facing founder name used elsewhere on the website is Jon Henthorn.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, preferred contact method, service interest and the message you submit. The Field Notes form collects your email address and affirmative permission.

When a form is submitted, FreetimePros also records the submission time, a random confirmation identifier, form and source page, referring page when available, campaign-source information when present, and records needed to manage the inquiry, consent, opt-out status and provider synchronization. The Free Operations Check is calculated in your browser; its answers, score and result are not submitted.

How the information is intended to be used

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, determine whether FreetimePros may be a useful fit and keep an operating record of the conversation. An inquiry does not create marketing permission.

If you separately and affirmatively request FreetimePros Field Notes, the permission status is recorded separately from the inquiry purpose, even when both are stored on the same inquiry row. A dedicated Field Notes signup remains its own workflow.

Form storage

Cloudflare serves the public website. Google Apps Script processes website-form submissions, and Google Sheets stores the resulting inquiry and consent records. These providers may process technical request information as part of operating and protecting their services. FreetimePros limits access to the production Sheet to the operator and any specifically authorized service provider.

Website measurement

The website temporarily keeps a random form-confirmation identifier and time in browser session storage so it can verify that a success message follows a recent submission. It is removed after a confirmed return and otherwise remains only for the browser session.

The production website offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. The Google tag is not requested and Analytics events are not sent unless you choose Allow analytics. If you decline, the site remains usable and Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in this browser so the website can honor it on later visits; clearing browser storage may reset the choice.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive the page origin and path without its query string or hash, the page title, an external referring website’s origin or a queryless same-site referring page, limited interaction-event names and labels, session statistics, approximate location and browser or device information. Apps Script and Google-hosted form-return pages are excluded as referrers. Campaign and UTM parameters are not sent to Analytics, and neither are form-confirmation parameters. Google uses a first-party _ga cookie containing a random client identifier to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google says IP addresses may be used during collection and then discarded rather than logged or stored as individual IP addresses.

FreetimePros sends only allowlisted event details needed to understand the website journey. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names and inquiry messages submitted through the forms are not sent to Analytics; neither are self-assessment answers, scores or score bands. Enhanced measurement is limited to page loads and scrolls; browser-history page views and automatic outbound-click, site-search, form-interaction, video and file-download measurement are disabled. Google Signals and user-provided-data collection are off. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied, Google Ads is not linked and no Meta Pixel is installed. The GA4 property currently retains event data for two months and user data for 14 months.

Analytics permission is separate from Field Notes email permission. You can review or change the browser’s analytics choice at any time: . Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics loading in this browser and the site attempts to remove its first-party Analytics cookies. Google’s handling of information it receives is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Consent and email updates

Email permission is optional, channel-specific and unchecked by default. A dedicated email signup requires affirmative permission. Submitting an inquiry by itself, a historic contact or a scorecard answer is not permission to send marketing email; an inquiry creates permission only when its separate optional email box is affirmatively selected.

Before campaigns begin, FreetimePros must connect a managed email provider that supports unsubscribe requests and suppression. You may withdraw email permission using the unsubscribe method supplied by that provider or by contacting FreetimePros directly.

FreetimePros does not currently send form records to an email-marketing provider. If a provider is connected later, only records with affirmative Field Notes permission may be synchronized, and the provider must support unsubscribe and suppression handling. Inquiry records without that permission must not be imported for marketing. FreetimePros does not sell or rent website-form information.

Retention, access and deletion

Inquiry records that do not become part of an active client relationship are reviewed at least annually and deleted 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless they are reasonably needed for legal, security, accounting or dispute-related purposes. Active Field Notes consent records are retained while the subscription remains active. Minimal consent and opt-out or suppression records may be retained as needed to document permission and prevent unwanted future messages.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected]. A minimal suppression record may be kept after a deletion request when needed to continue honoring an opt-out.

Security and limitations

Reasonable safeguards will be used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, ITINs, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal information through these forms. Business-launch clients should enter sensitive identity information directly into the applicable government service, not a FreetimePros website form.

Third-party links and changes

Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets are service providers used for the website, optional measurement and form workflow described above. Links to other external websites are governed by those websites’ practices. This notice may be updated when providers, forms or operating practices change; the date at the top will be revised when that happens.
