The website describes FreetimePros services and provides general educational information. It does not create a consultant-client relationship, contract, fiduciary duty or obligation to accept an engagement.
A website inquiry is only a request for contact. It does not create a consulting engagement or a duty to treat unsolicited material as confidential. Please share only enough information to evaluate fit, and do not submit trade secrets, passwords, regulated data or other sensitive or confidential information before a written agreement. Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Notice. Submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you in marketing.
No guaranteed result
Business conditions, implementation effort and outcomes vary. Website language, self-assessment results and conversations before a signed agreement are not guarantees of formation acceptance, EIN issuance, financing, grants, certifications, contracts, customers, revenue, savings, timing, rankings, lead volume, software performance or any other result.
Business formation and funding guidance
Business-launch services may include planning, research, branding, document preparation and administrative guidance. FreetimePros is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender or government agency and does not provide legal, tax or investment advice. The client remains responsible for entity and filing decisions, information submitted to agencies or lenders, professional review when appropriate, government fees and third-party costs. Agencies, lenders and program administrators make their own eligibility and approval decisions.
Self-assessments and resources
The operations check and downloadable resources are educational tools, not audits, benchmarks or professional opinions about a particular business. You remain responsible for evaluating decisions and seeking qualified legal, tax, financial, safety, compliance or other specialist advice when appropriate.
Consulting engagements
Any paid work requires a separate written agreement describing scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, confidentiality, intellectual-property terms and any other applicable conditions. If website language conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You may use the public website for ordinary business evaluation and personal educational use. You may not interfere with the site, probe its security, submit unlawful or harmful material, automate abusive submissions or misrepresent your identity.
