Who is FreetimePros built for?

FreetimePros serves aspiring founders who need an organized launch path and owner-led storefront, service and project-based businesses whose growth has outpaced customer follow-up, handoffs, reporting or internal workflows.

Can FreetimePros help form an LLC and get an EIN?

FreetimePros can organize the official steps, prepare a state-registration checklist and guide the owner through the EIN process. The owner chooses the legal structure, files through the applicable state and enters sensitive information directly with the IRS. FreetimePros is not a law firm or accounting firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. The IRS issues EINs directly at no charge; never submit an SSN or ITIN through this website.

Can you find a grant or get an SBA loan approved?

FreetimePros can research relevant programs, organize a professional business plan and help identify lender-readiness gaps. It cannot promise eligibility, matching, funding or approval. The SBA explains that its ordinary grants do not fund starting or expanding most businesses, while SBA-backed loans are delivered through participating lenders. Eligible owners can also explore official veteran-business training, counseling and contracting resources.

Is this a marketing agency or business coach?

No. FreetimePros is implementation-oriented business systems consulting. Marketing or software may be part of a workflow, but the starting point is the operating problem and the people who need to use the solution.

Will I need to replace all my software?

Usually the first task is understanding what you already have. A new tool is recommended only when the current setup cannot support the agreed outcome.

How does an engagement begin?

It starts with a short fit conversation. If the problem is a good match, the next step is a clearly scoped review or implementation project with agreed deliverables.

Do you publish fixed pricing?

Not before the work is understood. FreetimePros favors defined scope and transparent deliverables over an open-ended list of hourly tasks.
